Anti-seasickness hummus

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • The juice of two lemons
  • 1/4 cup Lemon infused olive oil
  • 1 can of chickpeas (425g)
  • Salt, pepper, smoked paprika
Instructions

Start by peeling your chickpeas. Yes I know, it is tedious, but it is absolutely worth it!!! Also, keep the juice from the can for later.

In a food processor, blend the tahini with the lemon until the paste is smooth, and add some olive oil. Blend until perfectly smooth and add the chickpeas.

Add some juice from the chickpea can until you like the consistency of the hummus, season with salt and pepper, et voila!
